Aim:
- To represent the voice of tomorrow's leaders to the leaders of today;
- To produce an official Communiqué to guide today's leaders at the next G20 Summit;
- To provide an informal and international networking forum for young business leaders, involving entrepreneurs from Europe, North America, Latin America, Asia, Pacific region, Australia, Africa, Middle East.

Participants:
Business leaders of the G20 nations and other industrialized and developing countries, who want to find new ways for their companies to prosper, make new contacts with people all over the world and to deliver their opinion on how best to improve the contemporary economic climate to the world`s governments. Mostly 25-45 years old, but not confined by age, race, sex or any other criteria participants should be willing to live in the age of change and be ready to change themselves to contribute to the development of their companies, communities and the whole world. Participants may be either employees, owners of companies or major stockholders and should belong to the country by the criteria of their citizenship or by the criteria of the registration of their companies. Each country will be represented by a team of 10 members.

Qualifying G-20 Countries:
Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Spain, South Africa, South Korea, Turkey, United Kingdom, and United States of America.
Participants from other industrialized and developing countries may also take part at the G-20-Y Summit. The representatives of the European Union, the European Central Bank, the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank will be present at the Summit.

Location and Organizers:
G-20Y Summit will take place in Toronto, Canada in April 15-18 2010 and is organized by the G-20Y Summit International Organizational Committee, that is institutionally based on the NGO the League of international youth diplomacy, in cooperation with the G20 and the G8. Preliminary Time Schedule:
April 14. Arrival, accommodation, welcome reception.
April 15. Opening ceremony, meetings with experts, negotiations, official opening reception.
April 16. Drafting of the Communiqué.
April 17. Drafting of the Communiqué, its presentation, adoption of the final text; closing ceremony, the signing of the Communiqué, gala dinner.
April 18. Departures.

Agenda:
Topics suggested by participants in the application form, including tackling the current economic crisis, redefining the role of small and medium enterprises and other connected topics that young business leaders would like to discuss and bring to the attention of the leaders of the G20. Every participant has the possibility to propose some topics in the application form and influence the agenda of the G-20Y Summit.

Application Procedures:
Submit your CV and completed application form to the international organizational committee by mail to g20@g20ys.org. Decisions will be made on a rolling basis. Results to be announced twice per every month after every international organizational committee session, that includes the consideration of submitted application forms.

If you are selected participant, your fees should be paid in 10 days after receiving confirmation to the bank account of the NGO the League of International Youth Diplomacy. The League of international youth diplomacy, the NGO, on what the International Organizational Committee of G-20Y Summit is based, will provide you with a contract before paying.
Additionally, each participant may travel with an assistant.

Participant Package:  

2930 euro – single room
1300 euro – double room       

Package covers participation in all the events of the G-20-Y Summit, 4 nights of accommodation (4-5 star hotel), welcome reception on the arrival day, official opening reception, closing gala, 3 lunches, 3 coffee breaks, the materials of the summit, the help with the analytical preparation for the summit.
 

You may choose the Package with single or double accommodation.
 

The organizational committee kindly asks participants to book flight tickets only after receiving the final time schedule of the G-20Y SUMMIT.

National Team Application Procedure:
The G-20Y Summit international organizational committee may sign an agreement with a partner from the country and deliver him or her all the rights to form 10 people national team and apply as a team. A partner should be a business leader. In case you are interested to become a partner, don t hesitate to contact us.
A partner receives a special status of G-20Y Summit representative in his or her country and may act as an official representative of G-20Y Summit and cooperate with his or her country government, media, companies, business associations on behalf of the G-20Y Summit.
A partner automatically becomes a member of the Business Assembly of the G-20Y Summit International Organizational Committee, that consists from business leaders of G20 countries and make decisions about the future of G-20Y Summit development.
