«Today we invest in the people who will make global decisions tomorrow»
International Youth Diplomacy League (IYDL) is a non-governmental organization that works in the sphere of international relations and public diplomacy. In our various international projects we promote cooperation among young and aspiring leaders and their organizations, contribute to their development and create strong bonds of friendship. We give future leaders in politics, business sphere, civil society, science and culture a unique chance to stand out from the crowd and make a step for their future success.
We learnt different international practices of public diplomacy and use them in our own work. Our projects span across continents and nations and encompass G8 nations, G20 nations, Commonwealth of Independent States, European Union, Council of Europe members.
Our team consists of graduates of the leading Universities with background in world politics, international economy, finance and law. We are 20-45 years old, speak over 10 languages including Arabic, Azerbaijani, Chinese, English, French, German, Japanese, Russian, Spanish, Turkish and constantly learn new ones. For some of us IYDL is the main job, while for others it is a serious hobby apart from job as some of us work in the business, education, and science. Among our members are people with a science degree in the studies of Asian-Pacific, Baltic and Scandinavian, CIS, European, Middle-Eastern and North and South-American regions, diplomacy and world politics. We visited over 60 states and encompassed many of them in our projects; and this is only the beginning.
Our main office is located in Saint-Petersburg, Russia but we have representatives all over the world. Be it Moscow or distant places of Siberia, Far Eastern towns or Paris, Berlin or Milan, Rome or London, New-York or Washington D.C., Los Angeles or Deli, Vancouver or Toronto, Tokyo or Baku - we are present in almost all regions of the world.
We consult government agencies, businesses and individuals on the matters of international cooperation. We are always open for new ideas and cooperation on current and prospective projects.
